After identifying a gap in the market to provide affordable trade mark services online, Trademark Tribe worked with Make it Be to incorporate its brand into the design of a new website and in particular make the complex world of trademarking easy to understand. After establishing how the brand could be used to reflect this ambition and create a consistent look and feel it was important to create a tone of voice that was friendly, reassuring and in plain English.

The final step was to help Trademark Tribe identify the critical customer journeys and find ways to help customers take decisions and make purchases in as few steps as possible. This included ways to manage customers through to a transaction, reduce the number of people who decided not to make a purchase, and populate a database, which could be used to follow up sales that were not completed, and general marketing.
